What do revision passes cover?
If we provide a paper edit and you approve it, revisions cover things like b-roll, text, color, and audio changes. Structural changes after an approved paper edit count as a new edit. Two passes are included per deliverable.
In most cases, we provide a paper edit for you to approve the structure before we cut. Once that's approved, revision passes cover b-roll swaps, text changes, minor slipping and sliding, color and audio tweaks. If you want to restructure after approving the paper edit, that's a new edit.
If there's no paper edit, the first revision pass is wide open. Pacing, tone, music, whatever you need changed.
Two passes are included with every project per deliverable. Need more? Additional passes are available as an add-on.
Can I upgrade to Standard or Premium later?
Yes. You can upgrade your tier on any project.
Yes. You can upgrade your tier on any project. A lot of clients start with Essential and move up when they need color grading or motion graphics. No commitment to one tier across the board.
What's the difference between audio leveling and audio mixing?
Audio leveling (Essential) keeps volume consistent. Audio mixing (Standard) is deeper, per-track work like EQ, compression, and spatial balancing.
Audio leveling is included with Essential. It keeps volume consistent across the timeline so there are no sudden jumps or drops. Simple but important.
Audio mixing starts at Standard. That's deeper, per-track work. EQ, compression, spatial balancing, blending dialogue with music and SFX. It's the difference between audio that doesn't distract and audio that actually sounds good.
What's a Rec709 Transform?
Rec709 is the broadcast-standard color space. It gives your footage accurate, consistent color across every shot. Creative grading starts at Standard tier.

This isn't creative grading. That starts at our Standard tier. Rec709 is about making sure everything looks correct before any style gets applied.
What if my video is longer than 5 minutes?
You purchase another 5-minute block. Unused minutes bank to your account and never expire.

What counts as 5 minutes of produced content?
