How do I upload footage and assets to Cutpoint Studio?

All footage and project assets are uploaded through your Studio portal. After you book a project and complete the intake form, you'll receive access to upload everything your editor needs. This works the same across all tiers.

All footage and project assets are uploaded through your Studio portal. After you book a project and complete the intake form, you'll receive access to your portal where you can upload everything your editor needs.

This works the same across all tiers — Basic, Standard, and Premium Post-Production.

You can upload raw footage, music, logos, brand guides, LUTs, reference videos, or any other assets relevant to your project. Active storage is included with every package: up to 500GB for Basic and up to 1TB for Standard and Premium.

If you have specific file format preferences, brand guidelines, or a custom LUT you'd like applied, include those with your upload. Your editor will reference them throughout the project.

Once your project is in progress, you'll also use the Studio portal to review drafts and submit timestamped revision notes.

Where does Cutpoint Studio source royalty-free music and stock footage?

We source music from Artlist, Envato, and Suno at the Standard tier, with Musicbed and Alibi available at Premium. All licensing is handled on our end — you'll never get a copyright claim from music we source. Stock footage is selected to match your project's tone and story.

We source royalty-free music from several libraries depending on the project and tier:

  • Standard sources — Artlist, Envato, and Suno. These cover a wide range of genres, moods, and pacing needs. Tracks are selected and synced to match your content's tone.

  • Premium sources — Musicbed and Alibi are available at the Premium tier. These libraries carry higher-end, more curated tracks. If your project calls for premium music, expect that to be reflected in the tier pricing.

All licensing is handled on our end. You will never receive a copyright claim from music we source for your project.

For stock footage, we source clips that fit the story and match the visual tone of your project — not generic filler. Stock clips are included in both the Standard (4 clips) and Premium tiers.

If you have specific music or stock you'd like us to use, you can upload those assets through your Studio portal alongside your footage.

Who is the Standard Post-Production package best suited for?

Standard is designed for YouTube creators, podcast hosts, brands and DTC companies, and agencies who need content that feels produced — color-corrected, mixed, captioned, and delivered with licensed music and stock footage.

Standard Post-Production is designed for creators, brands, and teams whose content needs to feel produced — not just edited.

  • YouTube Creators — You're investing in your channel and your audience expects a level of polish. Color correction, mixed audio, captions, and licensed music make the difference between content that looks DIY and content that looks professional.

  • Podcast Hosts — Your episodes need multi-cam switching, dead air cuts, speaker labels, and properly mixed audio. Standard covers the full edit and the cleanup, including captions for social clips.

  • Brands & DTC Companies — Product videos, testimonials, and social content that represent your brand. Standard delivers color-corrected, mixed, captioned content with licensed music and stock footage — ready for paid or organic, with no extra sourcing on your end.

  • Agencies (White Label) — Your clients expect polished deliverables and you don't have time to do post yourself. Standard gives you graded, mixed, captioned videos delivered under your branding. We stay invisible.

If your content doesn't need captions, licensed music, stock footage, or per-track audio mixing, Basic Post-Production may be the better fit. If you need creative color grading, sound design, motion graphics, or a dedicated editor, check out Premium.

What's included in the Standard Post-Production package?

You get video editing, primary color correction, audio mixing, titles and lower thirds, captions, 2 royalty-free music tracks, 4 royalty-free stock clips, and 2 revision passes — up to 8 minutes of publishable video with up to 1TB of active storage.

Standard Post-Production is a full post-production package — everything you need for content that looks and sounds produced, not just assembled.

  • Video Editing — Cuts, pacing, transitions, and B-roll placement. Your footage is structured into a polished sequence for any platform or format.

  • Primary Color Correction — Shot-by-shot correction across your entire timeline. Matched exposure, consistent skin tones, and a cohesive look from start to finish. If you have brand color guidelines or a custom LUT, we can work with those too. This is where your footage stops looking like raw clips and starts looking like a produced piece.

  • Audio Mixing — Per-track mixing across dialogue, music, and effects. EQ, compression, and spatial balance so every element sits exactly where it should.

  • Titles & Lower Thirds — Speaker name cards, section labels, and text overlays, formatted and positioned for your content.

  • Captions — Styled, animated, and timed to your delivery. Matched to your brand fonts and colors, and manually reviewed for accuracy. No auto-caption typos.

  • Social Media Reframe — Your video is reframed for vertical and square formats (9×16, 1×1, 4×5) so it's ready to publish across Instagram, TikTok, Shorts, and LinkedIn without additional editing.

  • Social Media Cutdowns — Two 30-second cutdowns pulled from your full video, edited as standalone clips for social promotion. Ready to post, not just trimmed.

  • 2 Royalty-Free Music Tracks — Two licensed tracks sourced, selected, and synced to your content. All licensing is handled on our end — you'll never get a copyright claim from our sourced music.

  • 4 Royalty-Free Stock Clips — Four stock clips sourced and cut into your timeline. B-roll that fits the story, not filler to cover a jump cut.

  • 2 Revision Passes — Two rounds of changes per deliverable, submitted through your Studio portal with timestamped notes. Additional revisions billed at $75/hr.

You also get up to 1TB of active storage for all working assets. We deliver in whatever format you prefer — if nothing is specified, we default to H.265 10-bit 4:2:2. Up to 8 minutes of publishable video per project.
