How does the revision process work?

Every deliverable includes 2 revision passes. Here's how the process works:

  • Draft delivery — Once your editor finishes the initial cut, the draft is uploaded to your Studio portal for review.

  • Timestamped feedback — You watch the draft and leave notes with specific timecodes for anything that needs adjusting. The more specific your notes, the faster and more accurate the revision.

  • Revision turnaround — Your editor works through the notes, and turnaround is quoted based on the scope of changes requested. Minor tweaks move faster; structural changes take more time.

  • Additional revisions — If you need changes beyond the included 2 passes, additional revisions are billed at $75/hr until the project is complete.

Most clients approve on the first or second round. Clear, timestamped feedback in the portal is the fastest path to a final deliverable you're happy with.
