How does the revision process work?
You get 2 revision passes per deliverable. After your editor delivers the first draft, you watch it and leave timestamped notes on anything that needs adjusting. Changes are turned around depending on scope of change.
If you need additional revisions, those are billed hourly at $75/hr until revisions are complete.
Every deliverable includes 2 revision passes. Here's how the process works:
Draft delivery — Once your editor finishes the initial cut, the draft is uploaded to your Studio portal for review.
Timestamped feedback — You watch the draft and leave notes with specific timecodes for anything that needs adjusting. The more specific your notes, the faster and more accurate the revision.
Revision turnaround — Your editor works through the notes, and turnaround is quoted based on the scope of changes requested. Minor tweaks move faster; structural changes take more time.
Additional revisions — If you need changes beyond the included 2 passes, additional revisions are billed at $75/hr until the project is complete.
Most clients approve on the first or second round. Clear, timestamped feedback in the portal is the fastest path to a final deliverable you're happy with.
Who is the Basic Post-Production package best suited for?
Basic Post-Production is designed for YouTubers publishing on a regular schedule, brands and marketing teams producing campaign or product videos, videographers who want to hand off the edit, and agencies or production companies that need reliable editing under their own brand. It's the right fit when you need clean, consistent editing without paying for advanced color grading or motion graphics.
Basic Post-Production is designed for creators and teams who need clean, structured editing and don't want to pay for services they aren't using yet.
YouTube Creators — You're publishing on a regular schedule and need consistent edits: cuts, titles, leveled audio. You don't need color grading or motion graphics yet, and you shouldn't have to pay for them.
Brands & Marketing Teams — Campaign videos, product launches, social content. Whether it runs as paid media or lives on your homepage, you need reliable editing that's on-brand and on-time.
Videographers — You shoot the day, and you'd rather hand off the edit than spend nights in a timeline. Upload your footage through the Studio portal and we take it from there.
Agencies & Production Companies — You've got clients with real budgets and real expectations. Work is delivered under your brand, on your timeline. Higher tiers include priority scheduling.
If you find yourself needing creative color grading, sound design, motion graphics, or a dedicated editor, our Standard and Premium tiers offer those capabilities.
What’s the turnaround time?
Turnaround is 1 business day per finished minute of video, with a 5 business day minimum per project for basic, 3 business day minimum for standard, and 2 business day minimum for premium. Revisions are quoted based on scope of work.
Turnaround is 1 business day per finished minute of video, with minimum project timelines that vary by tier:
Basic Post-Production — 5 business day minimum per project
Standard Post-Production — 3 business day minimum per project
Premium Post-Production — 2 business day minimum per project
For example, a 10-minute Basic edit would take approximately 10 business days. A 1-minute Basic project still takes a minimum of 5 business days.
Revision turnaround is quoted based on the scope of the changes requested. Once your draft is delivered to your Studio portal, you leave timestamped notes and your editor works through them accordingly.
How much does the Basic Post-Production package cost?

What’s included in the Basic Post-Production package?
You get video editing (cuts, pacing, transitions, B-roll placement), a broadcast-standard Rec709 color transform, titles and lower thirds, social media reframing, and audio leveling — all for a clean, publish-ready result. Two revision passes are also included with each deliverable.
You get everything you need to go from raw footage to a publish-ready video:
Video Editing — Cuts, pacing, transitions, and B-roll placement. Your footage is assembled into a structured sequence ready for any platform — YouTube, social, web, or broadcast.
Color Transform — A broadcast-standard Rec.709 color transform is applied to every shot. This corrects exposure and white balance for a clean, consistent look across your entire video. This is not creative color grading (that's available in Standard and Premium tiers) — it's accurate, intentional color that keeps your content looking professional.
Titles & Lower Thirds — Speaker name cards, section labels, and clean text overlays, formatted and positioned to match your content style.
Audio Leveling — Volume is balanced across your entire timeline so there are no sudden jumps or drops between dialogue, music, or ambient sound. Viewers should never have to reach for the volume.
Social Media Reframe — Your video is reframed for vertical and square formats (9×16, 1×1, 4×5) so it's ready to publish across Instagram, TikTok, Shorts, and LinkedIn without additional editing.
2 Revision Passes — Two rounds of changes are included per deliverable. You review drafts and leave timestamped notes through your Studio portal, and we turn revisions around based on scope.
We deliver in whatever format you prefer. If you don't have a preference, we default to H.265 10-bit 4:2:2.
